Helpful Hints for the Night Before Court

So tomorrow is the big day...you have court in the morning. Sure, you are prepared with all of your documents, you know what approach your lawyer is going to take, but did you know that there are certain do's and don'ts to make sure you follow outside of your lawyer's office?

Do make sure you get a good night's sleep- you need to be well-rested and high energy!

Don't take any medication the night before that might have any side effects the next day that will negatively impact your behavior or energy.

Do stay hydrated. Studies show (http://www.webmd.com/diet/water-stress-reduction) that staying hydrated keeps stress levels low!

Don't do anything strenuous the night before. This includes anything emotionally or physically draining.

Do have a good meal and relax. Do something that makes you happy!
